Ellie Goulding was quiet for a while last year and it has been incredible to see that work in the past few months. After the immense success of her collab with Swae Lee & Diplo, “Close to Me“, Goulding released her epic single “Flux” and has described her upcoming Game of Thrones soundtrack release as “fire“.
In the meantime, she just released “Sixteen“, a nostalgic track about life in your teenage years. The lyric video and cover art for the song feature fan-submitted photos and memories of their time as a teen. The song is upbeat and lighthearted and features Goulding’s smooth as silk vocals.
