Meduso is a bass music rising star that we’ve been riding behind for YEARS here at HIHF. The producer and designer performed at our first ever Cabin Fever Fest livestream during the pandemic and also has appeared on the HIHF platform multiple more times through guest mixes and interviews.
He has performed alongside massive dubstep names like Mersiv, Ravenscoon and even ILLENIUM! Meduso has also teamed up for collaborations with some of our favorite up and coming talented bass music artists, names like Raaket and MLOTIK.
Today, the creative visionary is back with his brand new single titled “Head Rearranga.” This track has been highly anticipated by Meduso’s quickly growing fan base as one of their favorite IDs from his performances.
On “Head Rearranga,” Meduso holds nothing back, concocting an all-out onslaught on the senses within this new festival weapon. It’s another stellar example of the production prowess Meduso continues to hone with each and every release he unveils.

“Head Rearranga is a heavy psychedelic bass track with dark soundscapes and heavy textures that play off of the theme of breaking patterns and cycles. It’s the first single off my upcoming EP, and is a great taste of the slower, more brooding side of the project” – Meduso
If you are looking to get your Meduso fix live, he was just announced as a part of INZO & Mersiv’s joint Digital Night Drive tour and will be providing support at DC’s Echostage and Chicago’s AON Grand Ballroom at Navy Pier. He’ll also be performing alongside Kursa, Space Wizard, and Slang Dogs in support of Jantsen at his headline show at Denver’s Mission Ballroom.
