Here’s what M?STIC had to say about his new VIRAL SZN EP:
“I made this EP to let the world know I’m here to stay. It’s proof that anyone who’s grinding, coming up from the mud, can turn their hustle into success if they give it their all.”
VIRAL SZN welcomes three new tracks to M?STIC’s experimental arsenal, “ROLLIN'”, “DFWM”, and “187”, each with its own unique sonic stamp, but together the sum of their parts leaves us with another infectious M?STIC project. “ROLLIN'”, the first track of the VIRAL SZN EP, hurls listeners into M?STIC’s high-energy trapscape grounded by crisp lyricism and a hypnotic percussive bassline. “ROLLIN'” displays the bread and butter of M?STIC’s signature sound as he incorporates varying synths fused with destructive reverb. VIRAL SZN’s second part of the three-piece odyssey, “DFWM”, transports us into another unrelentless realm of experimental sounds guided by vocals “tearing up the streets”. Last but far from least, VIRAL SZN closes out with “187”, a full-throttle neckbreaker embodying early 90’s hip-hop energy. “187” seamlessly fuses a classic Gangsta Pat sample with the merciless bass-barrage sounds by M?STIC.
VIRAL SZN serves as yet another reminder that M?STIC is operating on a wavelength entirely his own. Across all three tracks, he delivers a relentless showcase of innovative sound design, crushing low-end frequencies, and the fearless creativity that has become synonymous with his project. If this EP is any indication of what’s to come, M?STIC’s rise through the bass music ranks is only accelerating, and we’re more than ready for the ride.
