Heard It Here First

TVBOO‘s Cult Classics V1 is some of his finest work to date. When we covered it back in 2019, we had the chance to interview both TVBOO and Outer Realms labelhead Minnesota, who dropped the first volume of the project through his imprint.

Today, we are ecstatic to bring you v2 of Cult Classics! The new project comes to us through Liquid Stranger‘s Wakaan label and carries some serious heat. Containing four brand new collaboration tunes from TVBOO, this EP has the strength to break walls down.

“Cult Classics is the ultimate fun project for me – being able to collaborate with some of the coolest underground producers in the game – there’s nothing more satisfying. Cult Classics part 1 was a big game-changer for me, and people took me much more seriously as a rising producer. This time around, I really plan on turning some heads and exposing people to some of the coolest collabs of the year. “ – TVBOO

“So Hype” features Computa and is a perfect example of both artist’s sounds. “Check” featuring BLVKSHEEP is a vibey but still bass-heavy new banger.

“Swervin” features both Runnit and Dexter Fizz. Fizz contributes some fire bars with Runnit bringing his consistent, rattling trap beats.

Lastly, “Uaintgotno” is the collision between archrivals sfam and TVBOO. Even though they constantly shit on each other on social media and beyond, we know the two acts really do love each other <3 You may disagree when you read TVBOO’s next quote. Regardless, add this new slapper to their growing list of collaborations.

“I only collaborate with friends, I’ll never reach out to someone I don’t know and won’t allow forced collabs. Computa I met on the computer, Runnit while Running, Blvk Sheep at a petting zoo, and sfam at the worst place on earth because f*ck SfAM. I’ve been able to develop some great friendships with these guys and really look forward to releasing these heavy hitters on Cult Classics II” – TVBOO
