Hearsay is an NYC electronic production and DJ duo, composed of husband and wife John and Nicole. The couple has been creating music since 2018, drawing inspiration for their sounds from RL Grime, Zeds Dead, G Jones, and more. Hearsay brings a brilliant fusion of trap, bass, and hip-hop landscapes to their work, as a backdrop for the journey they take listeners on.

Curse Of Tongues is an artist who has been around the block. After years of performing in the jam scene, Curse Of Tongues has recently transitioned into crafting otherworldly bass, trap, and wave music.

Today, the two acts are teaming up for their brand new single, titled “Pick It Up.” “Pick It Up” is out now on the esteemed electronic label Noiseprn. The new track brings a sense of firepower that is absolutely invigorating. These two electronic acts may have struck gold with this heater of a tune, employing diabolical basslines that are certain to have festival-goers in shambles. Here’s what Curse Of Tongues had to say about working with Hearsay:

“Hearsay and I have been sending music back and forth for a couple of years just to share cool ideas and get feedback. One day when I was at work, Jon sent me this sick trap idea that I couldn’t stop listening to. When I got home, I chopped up the audio to make a more structured edit and put some phonky vocals on top as well. I sent it back to Jon and he liked it so much that he suggested we work on it together and put it out as a collab. We had one or two sessions working on the track together to polish it up a bit and Pick it Up was born!” – Curse Of Tongues
