BLVNKSPVCE’s newest EP, EAT ROCKS, unleashes four new bass-bending releases on the masses, each highlighting his ingenuity and production prowess. The first track of the EP, “IN UR FACE” is an unrelenting bass barrage of everything we’ve come to love from BLVNKSPVCE. “IN UR FACE” incorporates lethal percussive chops with static synths and an infectious bassline perfectly crafted to annihilate any set of subs.

“SPAGHETTI SANDWICH”, the following track, opens with a suspenseful EP interlude setting the stage for the sonic journey ahead. As we break into the initial crescendo, BLVNKSPVCE switches up the pace and fuses his hefty punching-bass production with an experimental yet groovy rhythm. “SPAGHETTI SANDWICH” utilizes syncopated beats and varying-pitched percussion to give this track an extra thick layer of firepower.

The EAT ROCKS EP’s third track, “ILLEST”, begins like a time bomb slowly ticking towards the volatile first drop. Once BLVNKSPVCE sets his bomb off, “ILLEST” erupts into a high-speed thrill ride incorporating a dash of hardstyle before diving head-first into an energetic assault of bass. BLVNKSPVCE’s impressive use of electrifying synths ushers us through the entirety of the piece resulting in another colossal addition to his discography. 

The final track of the EP, “SPORK” highlights the true diversity of BLVNKSPVCE’s production. BLVNKSPVCE creates a densely layered sonic atmosphere, thick with reverb-laden synths, ambient effects, and spatial audio techniques. “SPORK” emphasizes BLVNKSPVCE’s creativity as he uses every moment of the track to blend foreign elements while still residing in his natural rhythmic territory.

“This EP is a blend of all of my different inspirations and is a blend of multiple different styles, while still sounding like me,” says BLVNKSPVCE. The humble producer adds, “I just make music, and sometimes cool stuff comes out. This is pretty much how this EP happened.” – BLVNKSPVCE
