Moody Good and Leotrix have hit the jackpot with “Crackshot,” their latest track, brought to you by SLANDER & NGHTMRE’s Gud Vibrations label. The two came together for a mold-breaking performance that perhaps forgoes the dubby tendencies of the individuals for a truly unique collaboration.

English DJ Moody Good has been around the block a bit. The support from Gud Vibrations should hardly come as a surprise given that Moody already has two singles out with them this year – “Walkin Stoopid” and “Heart Break,” the latter of the two including an appearance from SLANDER themselves.

Leotrix is a relative newcomer to the bass music scene by comparison; albeit, his resume is impressive nevertheless with a support list of incredible artists including Excision, Zeds Dead, Doctor P, and (unsurprisingly) NGHTMRE. His track “Hive Bounce” was one of our favorites of 2019.

It was only a matter of time before these two came together with both dropping 2019 releases through Dubstep mega-label Never Say Die as well. The resulting track is nothing less than a chilling masterpiece: the hollow, music-box-jingle of “Crackshot” contrasts the industrial sound of its wickedly bouncy hook. The track’s old-school dubstep inspirations allow for a seamless flow between verses culminating in an intoxicating banger.
