Kompany is a name we’re all starting to become familiar with in the Dubstep scene. He’s a producer and DJ who has tracks with big-name labels like Circus Records, Dim Mak, Firepower and is about to hit the road as support for Dubloadz & Dion Timmer’s “Neon Phantom” Tour. The drummer turned DJ is an alumnus of the prestigious Icon Collective, whose other notable alumni include massive acts like Jauz, NGHTMRE & SLANDER, Sullivan King, Kayzo, Protohype and many more.
His massive roster of big release hits in the past such includes “Dungeon” w/ Terravita, “Extraterrestrial” w/ Tynan , “Thicc Boi” and “Briddim Bomb” with Wooli, and many more. Today, we might be adding four more tracks to that list with his brand new project from Never Say Die Records.
Kompany starts things off with a bang with a chilling intro of a track, “Firewall“. It has an incredibly epic build-up that’s the perfect warm-up for the Riddimy filthiness that’s to come on the rest of the EP.
On “Seething” and “Take It All“, Kompany turns it up to the next level with blaring synths and drums. For “Last Man Standing“, the EP’s final track, he recruits British Grime collective Virus Syndicate to provide some ferocious bars to lace his dirty wubs with.
