DMVU and Toadface are two of the most hard-working and exciting producers in the quickly moving, ever-evolving world of experimental bass music.

Today, we’ve teamed up with the two bass icons for an official HIHF premiere of their newest collaboration. Toadface and DMVU have collabed in the past before, but not quite like this.

A few months back, Toadface and DMVU announced their joint “It’s Dangerous To Go Alone” tour, hitting nightclubs across North America throughout the remainder of 2023.

Now, the two production forces are announcing some more amazing news for their fanbases. DMVU and Toadface are officially bringing listeners a brand new EP, It’s Dangerous To Go Alone, coming out through the renowned electronic label, Dome Of Doom. We had the pleasure of linking with them to premiere the first single off of the upcoming dual project, “Uncut Diamonds.”

“Uncut Diamonds” spotlights the two artist’s production prowess when it comes to concocting otherworldly experimental dub sounds, which they’ve done here brilliantly. It’s a crisp, trappy effort that is another FIRE addition to each artist’s massive discography.

The upcoming album was mastered by Bob Macc, who has mastered many releases for both DMVU and Toadface in the past, as well as for bigger names like G Jones, Liquid Stranger, and EPROM.
