Mersiv and Tape B have finally collided for their first official collaboration and it is MASSIVE! The two artists first debuted the track at the Deadbeats Vs. Cyclops Records Miami Music Week takeover where Mersiv and Tape B performed a b2b for the first time. These two producers have been crafting some of the most hypnotic, melodic yet still hard-hitting dubstep in the scene. We even hosted Tape B a couple years back for an exclusive HIHF guest mix.

It’s fair to say Mersiv and Tape B are two of the hottest acts in the dubstep world, and for their debut collab, they’ve recruited an absolute icon. On today’s release, “Trippy Land,” they’ve got Juicy J providing a stellar vocal performance! The Oscar-winning founding member of Three 6 Mafia is the perfect addition to this cavalcade of party-starting artists. We trippy mayne!

Mersiv has become a top dog in the heavy bass world, flexing sound systems with his beautiful bass concoctions across the country at huge festivals and intimate events a like. He’s worked with fellow huge names like Wreckno, Manic Focus, Jantsen, and Smoakland and already has three extremely impressive full-length albums under his belt.

Tape B is well known for his hip-hop flips, taking on artists like 2 Chainz, Young Thug, Mac Miller, and tons more high-caliber rap acts for power-packed SoundCloud edits, as parts of his Driptapes mixtape series. Seeing him on an official track with both Juicy J and Mersiv is so inspiring, we absolutely love seeing him win! This track features bars from Juicy J atop a firepower-fueled backdrop of barricading bass. It hits like a cannon, once Juicy J speaks the words “Let’s Go,” then we are off and running, with the collab vibrating both ears and speakers alike. We can’t wait to hear this one dropped this summer festival season.

Mersiv is days away from his return to Red Rocks, his Journey To Mars 2 show. Alongside that huge Red Rocks headline, he’s also playing Mission Ballroom the following night for a Cinco De Mayo celebration.
