Rising Florida-native producer Romeo has been hard at work using his talents to cultivate a safe space within the EDM scene from behind the scenes and the decks. The self-proclaimed Misfit King has earned his industry stripes through his enigmatic performances, diligent stage management, and infectious persona. Despite his still-growing discography, each release highlights his adept manipulation of dubstep stylings. Romeo’s true North Star is his dedication to spreading positivity and acceptance through the power of music. His latest release “Watch Me” holds to that belief fusing his passion with bass designed to ignite your inner flame.

Romeo is no stranger to the festival circuit outside of his stage management work. The Miami-born producer already has multiple performances at Home Bass, Odyssey Music Festival, and Groove Cruise under his belt. As well as sharing the stage with fellow rising producer, WonkyWilla, from the late night renegades of SolFest to burning through the daylight at this year’s Sound Haven. In just a few months, Romeo embarks on his return trip to Groove Cruise lending his talents to this year’s upcoming lineup.

Romeo’s new release “Watch Me” pulls listeners onto a wobbling bass-fueled rollercoaster ride through his unique universe of sound. The Misfit King, Romeo, doesn’t waste a second quickly ushering us into his explosive crescendo. “Watch Me” employs sub-shaking reverb, addictive frog bass, and chopped vocals manipulated with a surgeon’s precision to sculpt the perfect addition to any bass lover’s wonky playlist.

Here’s what Romeo had to say about his track “Watch Me”:

“This song will take you on a journey that’ll have you coming back for more with every play, allowing you to dive into yourself and experience an internal flame that will hopefully drive you to accomplish your goals and your dreams. With a bounce that’ll have you bouncing all over your room, office, hospital, or family function. It’s up to your imagination”.

“Watch Me” is an addictive sonic force primed and ready to do damage. We’ll definitely have to keep a close eye on Romeo after this walloping release. Let us know how you feel about this new track in the comments below and socials!
