Billie Eilish is a 17-year-old viral virtuoso who is taking the industry by storm, I’d be surprised if you haven’t heard of her. Recently, a few big EDM names have taken a whack at remixing some of her biggest hits, like Party Pupils version of “my boy“, Zeds Dead’s remix of “bury a friend“, and Tiesto’s transformation of “bad guy“.

In March, Billie released “wish you were gay“, a track that talks about the struggles of handling rejection. For today’s release, GG Magree has taken this slow, mellow ballad and added flare in her new remix. GG Magree is an Australian producer/vocalist who has blown up in the dance scene since her 2016 start. Her remix of “wish you were gay” pulls the original artist’s distinctly whispery vocals and adds some heavy bass and a kick drum beat for some smooth electronic sounds.
