Heard It Here First

Hailing from France, CloZee, was a classical guitar player that began mixing before finally deciding to major in sound engineering. Now, she is a quickly rising female DJ who draws inspiration from paintings, dreams, and the weather and has played music festivals all across the globe.

Her new album Evasion is a beautiful synthesis of calming sounds and vocals. CloZee makes music by using live instruments like harp, violin, and flute and blends them into her flowery harmonies.

Some songs are calm and slow while others have louder sounds with eastern and tribal hints. My personal favorite on this album was “Spiral”. Check out the entire album below, other standouts include “Wander On” and “Desert”.
