Heard It Here First

Nathan Shaw, aka Ekali, had a breakout 2018. Between his massive collab with Zhu and his standout “Crystal Eyes” EP, this Canadian producer has a lot on his horizon.

Today, Shaw teams up with a Heard It Here First favorite, the mysterious mid-tempo king 1788-L. The two producers have teamed up today on “Ruin” and the result is a glitched-out, heavy trap banger.

This new track was first debuted in Ekali’s Awakening 6 mix but also saw light of day when Illenium teased his edit of “Ruin” in a set last week. Illenium’s playing the track and it’s not even out yet….This release has some major heat behind it and it will serve as both Ekali and 1788-L’s first track of 2019.
