Valentino Khan is yet another DJ who has hopped on the Country-themed train following the release of “Old Town Road“. His promo material features a typical country track, a western outfit, and his staple horseshoe mustache; I’d call it Farmers Gone Wild. While he hasn’t actually started producing country music (like Diplo), he did pull some sound-bites from a well-known farm animal for his newest track. “Pony” is a sick new Bass house track and is serving as the first release from his upcoming EP.

His new song is certainly a different sound than his last release with Kayzo, “Novocaine” which was a hardstyle track. “Pony” is a funky beat with whispered lyrics. In the breakdown, we hear horses neighing, wild west sounds, and the stomp of a horse’s gallop.
