VNSSA and OMNOM have teamed up to release their first track of 2020 together, “Skin” on Insomniac Records. No stranger to each other though, the duo have hit the stage together many times before. VNSSA producing out of Los Angeles and OMNOM out of San Francisco, the pair explore a fun side of House music with a layered soundscape and bouncy synths.
Both VNSSA and OMNOM have deep roots in music predating their House monikers. VNSSA grew up enamored with music and found herself drumming for local bands growing up, through this endeavor she learned to DJ then produce and never turned back.
OMNOM gathers inspiration from a wide variety of sounds ranging from classical, to smooth jazz, to heavy metal as well as his experience working with marching bands. Each bringing a lot to the table individually, VNSSA and OMNOM have skillfully created a hypnotic tune that steers away from the norm using echoing vocals and intricate arrangements.
