If you aren’t hip to Blanke, it’s time to get hip! The booming young talent has become a staple of the Midtempo Bass community over the past year. The DJ/producer has teamed up with huge names like Illenium, REZZ, Black Tiger Sex Machine, ATLiens, and tons of other dance music behemoths. On top of the many festival stages hes’ left in shambles, he’s also made a name for himself with his insane edits of Dubstep classics like Skrillex‘s “Reptile” and NERO‘s “Satisfy”.
Blanke also just appeared on Zeds Dead‘s We Are Deadbeats 4 Deluxe, which featured his breathtaking remix of Zeds Dead’s Subtronics collab, “Bumpy Teeth”.
The lovable Aussie producer received massive amounts of critical acclaim with his Deadbeats assisted Change & Decay EP last year, and today, he’s bringing us the first single off the project’s official follow up EP.
Starting things off with a dazzling intro that quickly turns dark, “Shadow” employs Blanke’s bass-blasting, layered production that he’s becoming well known for. Check out what he had to say about the first single off of his upcoming Change & Decay: The Fall EP, coming to Deadbeats later this year.
