After materializing from the shadows a few years ago, Kraysh created his own wave in the Bass scene by ignoring the status quo and creating sonic soundscapes that are both melancholy and glitched out. With elusive, distortion-laden production, Kraysh has created an ingenious sound that he can call his own.

His music exists in the twilight zone, right on the brink of lightness and darkness to create an intoxicating elixir of left-field bass. Kraysh’s brutal and emotional sound has gotten him noticed by and support from innovative artists like Porter Robinson, Alison Wonderland, PEEKABOO, and more.

After debuting on Gud Vibrations with his psychologically buzzing track, “Thoughts”, Kraysh returns for a third time with “Shrapnel”.

Shrapnel” is born out of a deep, burning rage that forces itself to the surface with an aural explosion. “One day, I was very angry, for personal reasons,” says Kraysh. “The following day, I wrote this.” The track rides in on emotion with grace and builds into roaring percussive triplets that fight their way to the surface into an eerie desolation of fury. Once the bass fueled explosion begins, it echoes through the song with grinding synths, sputtering filthy essence, and razor-sharp sound design.

Get lost in a flurry of volatile sounds and check out “Shrapnel” now. Don’t forget to let us know what you thought of the track below once you collect yourself!
