The MZG duo is back in the game and is going harder than ever with a new beast of a tune, ‘’Wind It.’’ The two are more than just a self-taught producer pair, they’re twins. Zach and Charles worked on different music projects separately until joining forces to birth the MZG project. Being twins, the moniker MZG comes from the term “monozygotic,” the scientific term for identical twins.
Since coming together in 2014, MZG has put in work to continuously put out well-produced, original bangers. The effort did not go unnoticed though, they have collabed with epic artists such as Eliot Lipp, Wreckno, Pretty Lights’ Chris Karns, and Kyral x Banko. MZG also caught the eye of Hulaween and have rightfully earned a residency at the festival.
“Wind It” is MZG announcing that they are back with a massive bang. The project precisely melds together elements of their Trap and Bass influences. With a contemplative intro where the ticking of a clock leads the beat, the build clears your mind and fills it with hype while filling your ears with a blissful Trap-Bass fusion.
