Lizzy Jane is a dubstep maven who has been tearing up the scene the past few years. Well known for her guest mix series as well as her Lizzy Jane podcast, where she interviews fellow producers, Lizzy has also been cranking out loads of originals that boast both her production prowess and innate ability to seamlessly combine her vocals with heavy bass firepower.

We even hosted Lizzy Jane for one of our first ever 2020 live streams, our Cabin Fever sessions, and also had her as a contributor to our own guest mix series. You can check that out here.

Today, she is linking up with Adam Jasim, a hybrid producer/vocalist/instrumentalist who has released on both Bear Grillz’ Rude Service label and Excision‘s Subsidia label in the past. The two deliver a collision course of emotion on their new single “CHEMICAL LOVE,” featuring an effervescent vocal performance from Mercedes Arn-Horn.

“CHEMICAL LOVE” features a mix of dubstep and future bass, effectively creating an epic hybrid melodic bass anthem. Here’s what Lizzy had to say about her newest collaboration track:

“Think of the last time you ran into someone you find attractive. You may have stammered, your palms may have sweated; you may have said something incredibly random and tripped spectacularly while trying to leave the interaction. Chances are, your heart was thudding in your chest. It’s no surprise that, for centuries, people thought love arose from the heart. As it turns out, love is all about the brain – which, in turn, makes the rest of your body go haywire. This is known as Chemical Love. Mercedes Arn-Horn, the lead singer of Solt Cult, beautifully wrote the lyrics to ‘Chemical Love’ about the highs and lows of being in love, determining if love is real or just a toxic chemical. Combining Mercedes Arn-Horn’s beautiful writing and vocals with and my own and Adam Jasim’s background in production, we have encompassed the grand scope of love into a beautiful, dynamic bending single that is sure to create memories this summer.”

You can catch Lizzy Jane performing at Bass Canyon this coming September, alongside huge names like Excision, Subtronics, G Jones, SVDDEN DEATH, and tons of other exciting bass artists. What did you think of “CHEMICAL LOVE?” Let us know down below in the comments!
