Fans who attended Suwannee’s Tipper & Friends in 2025 had the unique opportunity to experience Mindex’s innovative artistry firsthand. In his two performances at TnF, he showcased pieces from his forthcoming collection, offering the Tipper community a sneak peek ahead of its official release in June 2025. Captured as a live set filled exclusively with originals and unreleased material, this recording stands as a testament to his profound engineering prowess. Beyond Suwannee, Mindex has performed at prominent festivals including Resonate, Infrasound, ResonanceSound Haven, and Secret Dreams.

Alongside releases on his own label, Time Resonance Music, Mindex has collaborated with acclaimed labels such as Night Owl Collective, Gravitas Records, Deep Heads Records, Glitch Hop Community, and Loodma Recordings. He creates sound tapestries that lead travelers through an expedition of self-discovery and expression.

Mindex said it best himself:

“In essence, the collective miracle of music lies in its capacity to evoke emotions, bridge gaps, and weave a shared tapestry of human experience.” –

This understanding of music’s unifying power is central to his work.

Mindex’s new audio offering, “Moving Shadows,” invites listeners to dive deeper, revealing new layers with each listen through its intricate craftsmanship. The opening groove, “The Signal,” begins with eerie undertones, swiftly transforming into a pulsating bassline supported by airy synth textures. Unique clattering elements similar to metallic spoons add quirky charm, while wavering digital tones elegantly tie the evolving sounds together.

Next, “Gravity” guides listeners through lush soundscapes ripe for exploration. This banger starts with digital textures, later leading into a low-frequency rumbling layer. One standout aspect is the percussive kick, which acts as the glue for the entire arrangement, truly tying it all together. This rhythmic percussion anchors the journey, gradually transitioning into a dense, immersive, muggy undercurrent highlighted by cosmic, echoed details.

The third number, “Black Sun,” blends melodic chords with extraterrestrial synths, creating an otherworldly atmosphere. Rippling effects coupled with powerful, distorted bottom end evoke nostalgic video-game vibes, producing a vibrant and electrifying listening experience.

Finally, “Moving Shadows” ventures into darker, uncharted territory. Layered modular sounds and subtle resonant touches set an inquisitive mood, while delicate flute melodies weave gracefully throughout. The composition periodically introduces crystalline textures before leading into a captivating buzzing bassline, perfectly concluding the EP’s immersive sonic exploration.
