Dabin’s highly anticipated sophomore project is finally here and it’s a ten track adventure including eight brand new songs.“Rings and Roses”and “Another Day” were the previously released singles which we covered on their respective release dates.
Wild Youth seems to have serious inspiration stemming from Illenium, which is bound to happen when you tour with the superstar producer himself. Dabin has infused that gorgeous, bass-heavy, melodic sound from Illenium with beautiful guitar riffs and amazing vocals from the several impressive features on the project. These features include Claire Ridgely, Tove, Essenger, Yoe Mase and Fytch, who we were recently able to interview if you’re interested in some background on the rising star singer, and also appeared on Graves’ Far From Here project.
This album is one hundred percent worth the listen and I would say “Lights” is my favorite track (besides the single “Rings and Roses”) because of its extremely unique sounding synths and super feelsy vibe. Listen to Wild Youth below and let us know what you think in the comments!
