Today we bring you Heard It Here First’s picks for our top ten must-see sets at Forbidden Kingdom Fest. The Medieval-themed festival takes place on February 15th and 16th at Sunset Cove in Boca Raton. Hope to see you all there!

  1. TVBOO & TVBOO Talks

Fresh off of Champagne Drip and LUZCID’s Double Vision Tour, TVBOO is an artist who’s been crushing the game. Not only through his wobbles but also through his stand-up comedy which he calls TVBOO Talks. The bit usually includes EDM culture hot-takes and a few cans of PBR. The first and only TVBOO Talks took place at Wakaan Fest last October so this rare set is one you should not and can not miss.

Save My Grave

A post shared by GG MAGREE (@ggmagree) on

GG Magree is an Australian producer/vocalist who has blown up in the dance scene since her 2016 start. With bone-shattering, bass-driven trap and energy that is off the charts, her sets are one of a kind. She’s collaborated with some of our favorites including Zeds Dead, Jauz, and Blanke. She’ll ask you “Do you feel sexy?” and have you leaving her set feeling more confident and exhausted from headbanging.

  1. Wooli

My mugshot proves im a 6 foot 8 badass

A post shared by Wooli (@woolimusic) on

Wooli crushed it over the past year or so with massive collaborations with the likes of Excision, Seven Lions, and SNAILS. A Wooli set is a diverse journey through Melodic Dubstep, filthy Bass, and a little bit of Psytrance here and there. He’s mastered the craft of dropping the right song at the right moment to make you feel exactly what you needed from heartfelt to a headbanging rage.

  1. G-Rex

G-Rex is another artist who made some major waves last year and got recognition that was well-deserved. At the end of 2018, he released “Babatunde” with PEEKABOO which ended up being one of the most played songs in Bass Music last year. He also made his first major tour appearance on Liquid Stranger’s INFINITY TOUR last year along with an EP. With an intricate concoction of high energy Bass, Trap, and menacing dubstep this is a set we will not be missing.

  1. Vampa

Last year was Vampa’s biggest year yet and after witnessing the stamina she has to deliver gruesome yet delicate sets in the past, she’s only going to go harder in 2020. Her sets are a new kind of heightened experience that takes you to another world with sweet vocals and melodies layered with brutal Bass. Don’t make the mistake of missing this set!

  1. Um..

Um.. is a DJ duo that has developed some of the most unique sounds in Bass Music. Just as unique as their sound is their humor. Taking a comedic approach to what most DJ’s consider the most serious aspect of their career they often throw caution to the wind and call it like it is. No need for filler, no need for bells and whistles, no frivolous branding; just dope music. All their creative efforts go towards creating the most mold-breaking Bass Music around.

  1. SVDDEN DEATH

SVDDEN DEATH is known for some of the biggest bangers out there. His remix of Zomboy’sBiterz” is a festival favorite and his epic Riddim staple “Behemoth“ is still one of the most played drops since it’s release in 2018. His Voyd 1.5 EP charted at number eight on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Albums last year when it released bringing back the brutal and dark tones of his alter ego also known as VOYD. While this set won’t be the VOYD production, his normal sets are just as dark, brutal, and energetic. This set is can not miss.

  1. Rezz

You may also know her as the “Space Mom”, Rezz is known for commanding her crowds into a Bass charged hypnosis and holding onto their souls. She is also known for her relentless work ethic. She makes producing dark and vibey heaters look easy as she always seems to have something new to bring to her sets. Her sets are a perfect blend of chilling bass and eerie, hypnotic melodies, just the way we like it. Another set we are definitely not missing.

  1. Liquid Stranger

Liquid Stranger is an artist that needs no introduction. He has been making music since his childhood and it shows through his intricate sound design and dedication to go one deeper to find himself through his music. Known not only for his music but also for his massive heart, which has allowed him to build an amazing community of talented artists on his record label Wakaan. This trippy set will be one of a kind as it will be happening during his ASCENSION Tour and is sure to be packed full of the most mind-altering tunes you’ve ever heard.

  1. Excision’s “Detox” Set

Excision is a name that has increasingly become synonymous with Dubstep: if you know Dubstep, you know Excision. Besides being the mastermind behind Lost Lands, Excision has spent the last decade fine-tuning his craft and making back-breaking, neck-snapping tracks that we love. Though, if that’s what you’re looking for at his Detox set you’re in for a surprise. While his “normal” set is guaranteed to be filled with those heavy hitters, his Detox sets are a time where he gets to flex his DJ skills and journey through more chill and experimental types of Bass music. Take everything you think you know about an Excision set and throw it out the window, with this Detox set you’ll need to expect the unexpected.
