South African Bass producer Chee first immerged into the international spotlight following a few self-releases and releases through the Dutch label Underslug. Word about his music spread quickly, gaining the attention of Noisia, Amon Tobin, DJ Craze, Mat Zo, Culprate, G Jones and more.

Since then, Chee has formed relationships with top tier labels furthering the reach of his music. Named an artist to watch in 2020 by Heard It Here First, Chee only has room to grow as an artist.

“Been working on my Quarter Inch EP for a little over a year now. It’s a 5 track, dance-floor heavy piece of work. Some of these songs I’ve been working on for years, but never really had the confidence to share until now. After the last two singles, I’m grateful this project found a home at Deadbeats. Hope everyone enjoys this from start to finish.” – CHEE

Looking to secure his spot in the ever-expanding scene, Chee goes all out on his “Quarter Inch EP”. Consistently furthering the boundaries of the genre, its easy to see how he’s gained popularity among huge artists such as Subtronics, Liquid Stranger, Ekali, and Space Jesus.
