If you have been a fan of Quix or Vincent for some time, their new project TIGER DROOL comes as no surprise. It is the collaboration we’ve been craving since their banger together in 2018, “Hero”. While Vincent never entirely abandoned his XVII sound, Quix has also never been afraid to have fun with genre-blending. TIGER DROOL released its first slapper, “Tiger”, earlier in the year that scratched the itch we’ve had since their 2018 collab.

Today, the duo returns to send us to the shadow realm of the 2014 festival trap days with their earth-shattering new release “SABER TOOTH”. Returning to Deadbeats, TIGER DROOL wastes no time when it comes to creating festival-ready heaters. Quickly becoming a staple of their sound, “SABER TOOTH” features a menacing bass-boosted trap drop followed by a boundary-pushing, experimental second drop.

Originally in “Tiger”, another possible staple and easter egg is the ‘Tiger’ vocal sample, spoken by a deep voice, that is reminiscent the days of producer tags in tracks.

This new track is ferocious and we can’t wait to see what comes next from TIGER DROOL. In the meantime, we’ll be blaring “SABER TOOTH” and you can too below. After you check it out, be sure to let us know how shook it left you in the comments!
