If you thought disco-funk and bass music didn’t mesh together, think again. Up-and-coming bass producer Nu Strut teams up with the absolute ICON in Wreckno to deliver an infectious tune off of Electric Hawk Records titled “Pornstache”. It knocked our socks off right from the beginning!

Nu Strut has integrated funk in his musical journey for over a decade, so it’s no surprise that the sound design is stellar all the way through. He adds breakdowns and percussion elements right from the start. He immediately follows with a nasty guitar riff, one of the catchiest parts of the track, that you hear throughout the listen.

Nu Strut’s way of adding bass to a 70s style track makes “Pornstache” an incredibly creative release. He crushes the feel-good musical style that everyone wants to hear! Nu Strut has a bright future ahead of him in this ever-changing bass music world.

And we can’t forget about HIHF-favorite Wreckno. The 25-year-old queer rapper and producer has changed the game in the bass scene. His advocacy and dedication have made him one of the most respected producers in a short amount of time.

In “Pornstache”, Wreckno provides some fire vocals for Nu Strut, as always providing that filthy and distinct lyricism. Showing off some major energy, he continues his journey of impressing music fans all across the world. With Nu Strut’s beats and Wreckno’s wordplay, this is set to be a summer anthem for festivals!

The summer just got hotter with funk back in full swing. The combination of Nu Strut’s bass and Wreckno’s vocals is one for the books here on “Pornstache”! The new tune is out through the quickly rising underground hub Electric Hawk.
