The Gradient Perspective, Para Presents, and Closed Sessions are gifting the district with yet another beautifully curated event from top to bottom. This time bringing in Koan Sound, Josh Teed, Kuhlin, Crawdad Sniper, and Yenny to Flash for a Wednesday evening party to end the year. Multi-level club Flash is the ideal spot for bass enthusiasts and dance floor addicts. From the crisp Funktion One Sound system on the club level to the tasteful dance vibes on the rooftop, Wednesday’s show is a can’t-miss event. Next week, local DMV talent Soss, Neeko, and Loogie will be tossing it up on the rooftop.

The Gradient Perspective, Para Presents, and Closed Sessions are set to end the year on a high note next week. It was an incredibly successful year for these groups as they threw a number of impressive shows over the year. Some of the names from this year include Ternion Sound, Shades, Alix Perez, Kursa, Resonant Language, Khiva, and NotLö.

Koan Sound are a Bristol-based duo known for their groovy cutting-edge arrangements. After hiccups earlier this year regarding visa issues, fans were delighted to see that Koan Sound was finally able to make it to the states for highly anticipated headline sets at Infrasound Equinox and Submersion Festival in October. Prepare for a unique blend of sounds provided by Koan Sound on Wednesday, they throw down like no other.

Josh Teed is an interesting act to catch as he mixes his signature symphony-style melodies with aggressive bass. He recently released his album “Recurring Dreams“ and is currently making moves on his own tour of the same name. Teed will be transporting Flash attendees into his dream world next week.

On support, the nation’s capital will see Wavecraft Collective’s Kuhlin warming up the main room as well as DC-based Crawdad Sniper, and Pennsylvania-based producer Yenny. We are excited for all these up-and-coming artists to showcase their sounds throughout the night. Kuhlin has been making waves in the underground bass scene with his catchy flips and raw headnodders. Crawdad Sniper is D.C’s favorite crustacean and the city can’t wait to hear some bubbly bottom dweller bass. Yenny returns to Flash, this time on the main floor, bringing her swagger back to the club.
