Today, on Friday the 13th, Deadbeats delivers to us the third collaboration between Zeds Dead and Jauz. This melodic dubstep track intertwines both parties’ distinct flair for fulfilling basslines while Nicole Millar delivers beautiful empathetic vocals. As a lover of all things bass-heavy and emotive, I was beyond excited to get my hands on the new release “S.O.S.”

This collab is not one that disappoints. One component that makes this track so incredible is the artists’ ability to seamlessly blend together a variety of different sounds and styles. The heavy, distorted bass is balanced delicately with expertise as ethereal melodies create a sense of tension and release that kept me fully engaged until the final second of the track.

From the moment the opening notes hit and the powerful vocals came right in, you’re transported into a world of deep bass and emotional melodies. The detailed layers of sound and expertly crafted beats allowed me to feel every emotion in a matter of two minutes, from euphoria to heartache. This new tune is a must-listen for anyone who loves electronic music. Whether you’re a die-hard dubstep fan or just looking for something new and exciting to add to your playlist, this one from Zeds Dead and Jauz is sure to leave a lasting impression.

Jauz announced back in December of 2022 that he will be kicking off his New Year with his Off The Deep End Tour on February 3rd traveling throughout North America. Zeds Dead just announced they will be headlining North Coast Festival in Chicago this coming Labor Day Weekend, alongside upcoming festival performances at Dancefestopia and Bonnaroo.
