Thursday

Hulaween kicked off its opening day by welcoming thousands of returning festivalgoers and first-time attendees back to the towering woods of the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, setting the stage for four days of unforgettable moments.

Opening day brought several highly anticipated festival debuts, including a headbanging headline set by bass music heavyweight Excision, who made his first-ever appearance on Hulaween’s Main Stage, The Meadows.

The Meadows also hosted sets from Hamdi and rising artist Richard Finger, while the Amphitheater welcomed Irish electronic sensation KETTAMA for his Hulaween debut. As the afternoon gave way to evening, Stellar delivered a striking sunset performance beneath thick smoke-filled skies, while the sun burned a deep crimson above the festival grounds. The surreal scenery provided a cinematic backdrop to the set, adding another memorable moment to Hulaween’s already enchanting atmosphere. Rising house talents Dean Turnley and Riordan rounded out the day’s programming, showcasing the festival’s ability to spotlight emerging talent alongside some of electronic music’s most established names.

As daylight faded into night, the OFF LIMITS stage became the setting for a standout performance from Yousuke Yukimatsu, who unleashed a relentless, high-BPM set that kept the energy surging long after sunset.

From landmark debuts to a fiery sunset illuminating the haze above, Hulaween’s opening day offered an atmospheric start to another unforgettable weekend in the Suwannee woods.

Friday

Friday brought the majority of this year’s artist-led interactive Hula Hangs, offering festivalgoers opportunities to connect with their favorite artists and the surrounding environment beyond the stages. OPIOU kicked things off with an afternoon bike ride through the winding Suwannee trails, bringing together more than 200 attendees for a blissful journey through the park’s natural landscape. Stellar followed with a guided meditation and journaling experience, encouraging fans to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and embrace the introspective side of the Hulaween experience. Rounding out the series, Of The Trees joined local nature conservationists for a meaningful environmental initiative, helping plant more than 250 native longleaf pine seedlings throughout the grounds. From community connection and personal reflection to environmental stewardship, Friday’s Hula Hangs embodied the deeper spirit of Hulaween, reminding attendees that the experience extends far beyond the music.

On the stages, attendees were treated to memorable performances from My Morning Jacket and Hulaween founders The String Cheese Incident, continuing the festival’s longstanding celebration of live music and improvisation. Meanwhile, the electronic side of the festival brought an entirely different kind of energy as the Amphitheater hosted the highly anticipated Memory Palace Takeover, featuring an impressive roster of bass music heavyweights.

Saka b2b FLY set the tone with an adventurous showcase of experimental bass, weaving intricate sound design and unpredictable rhythms into an immersive sonic experience. LYNY kept the momentum surging with his signature blend of heavy-hitting bass and infectious energy, while OPIOU brought his unmistakable style of glitchy, genre-defying production to the Amphitheater. Closing out the takeover, Of The Trees packed the Amphitheater for a heart-racing performance, unleashing his signature combination of earth-shaking low end, hypnotic soundscapes, and meticulously crafted drops. The massive turnout and electric crowd response made for an undeniable highlight of Friday’s programming, bringing the Memory Palace experience to life in true Hulaween fashion.

Saturday

There’s no night quite like Saturday at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, and this year was no exception. Much to the delight of festivalgoers, Pretty Lights made his highly anticipated return to Hulaween, delivering a mesmerizing three-hour performance that immersed the crowd in his signature blend of live instrumentation, intricate sampling, and dazzling visual production. House music lovers weren’t left out of the festivities either. From the hypnotic world of Pretty Lights to the earth-shaking bass at The Hallows and the relentless grooves of LALALAND, Saturday once again showcased the musical diversity that makes Hulaween such a special gathering.

Sunday

Sunday brought Hulaween’s four-day celebration toward its final chapter, but the festival certainly wasn’t slowing down. The closing day delivered another eclectic mix of live instrumentation, psychedelic rock, funk, and electronic music, giving attendees one last opportunity to soak in everything that makes the Suwannee experience so special.

Over at the Meadow, The String Cheese Incident returned to perform, continuing their longstanding tradition as the founders and heartbeat of Hulaween. Indie rock standouts Geese later took the stage, bringing their distinctive sound to one of the weekend’s final major performances. Electronic music fans had plenty to look forward to across the grounds. The Amphitheater welcomed A Hundred Drums, Maddy O’Neal, and Manic Focus, before the highly anticipated Big Gramatik performance brought together the sounds of Big Gigantic and Gramatik for an energetic and legendary collaboration. Meanwhile, Unknown Mortal Orchestra brought their psychedelic rock sounds to The Hallows, while salute delivered an infectious dose of UK garage and an electronic music production masterclass over at OFF LIMITS.
