Big Gigantic and NGHTMRE are two powerhouse names in the EDM world. Big Gigantic has been distributing funk-laced booty-shaking beats for over a decade and NGHTMRE has consistently been one of the biggest names in the hybrid trap world for years, working with more mainstream names like Gunna, Dillon Francis, ASAP Ferg, ZHU, and Galantis.

The two acts have combined forces multiple times in the past for their Gigantic NGHTMRE live experience, bringing the performance to major electronic events like Ultra Music Festival, EDC Las Vegas, and Red Rocks for Big Gigantic’s Rowdytown IX. They’ve only ever released one collaboration though, with their 2019 smash hit Like That.” That track is still in our rotation today, but we are absolutely AMPED to finally have the official follow-up released. “Back For More” is out now through NGHTMRE & SLANDER‘s Gud Vibrations label and it is a must-add to your Summer playlist!

“Back For More” combines each artist’s signature sound to a tee, meshing crisp synth work and heavy brass production. The new track also comes alongside some massive news for fans, Big Gigantic and NGHTMRE have the official Gigantic NGHTMRE EP and it is on the way!

Here is what NGHTMRE and Big Gigantic had to say about the new linkup:

“I remember discovering Big Gigantic’s music while wandering around as a fan at Camp Bisco in 2012! I got the chance to collaborate with them in 2018 and it was a no brainer! Once we dropped ‘like that’ we got the opportunity to play some of the biggest festivals around the US and they’ve been some of the best memories I’ve had so far in music. We finally found time to write music together this year and we are so so proud of how this music is sounding. So stoked to share it with the world!!” – NGHTMRE

“Tyler (NGHTMRE) and I got this idea for a song after one of our shows that has sax and bass on the drop and we added this sick vocal to it. It’s a song that really blends our two styles together and I really love the way it turned out.” – Big Gigantic

This will act as the first single of the project and we can’t wait for what’s next from this massive collaborative EP. You can also catch NGHTMRE and Big Gigantic at The Brooklyn Mirage for their first headline show on July 30th.
