Hamdi has been taking 2023 by storm, which is quite clear with where his project has taken him over the course of the year, playing sets at venues and festivals across the globe. He set off 2023 on his debut US tour, kicking off in DC, and continuing on to countless more stops, like Denver for Deadrocks, a set at Lost Lands, and countless more. The “Skanka” star is so much more than the tracks we all know and love, and that is becoming apparent more and more with every new release.

With each set being carefully crafted, highlighting an array of genres like UKG, DnB, and dubstep, Hamdi continues to prove he has a lot to say through his passions and he’s ready to share that with the world. Now, he’s releasing his highly anticipated EP – Counting on Deadbeats, featuring the ever-so-popular track “Counting” with Princess Superstar as well as “Criminal” with Warrior Queen, and Deadbeats label-heads Zeds Dead.

The EP explores each side of his musical abilities on tracks like “Arms Up,” which shows off a little more of his aggressive side, “One Strobe” which experiments with the more fast-paced, upbeat areas of electronic music, and “Dubplate” with Archie, where he taps into more emotional elements and lo-fi, rainy day feels.
