Deadbeats has championed some serious heavyweights in the dubstep world. Their label heads, Zeds Dead, are one of the most iconic acts in the EDM space, but they’ve also hosted some other titans of the industry for events such as Liquid Stranger, Noisia, Chase & Status, Coki, Moody Good, and dozens more.

For the Toronto dubstep duo’s debut performance at the legendary Hampton Coliseum, which has hosted names like Phish, Bruce Springsteen, and The Rolling Stones, and is a staple of east-coast concert culture, Zeds Dead is going to be bringing out all of the stops.

The supporting lineup boasts a diverse range of genres, ranging from glitch-hop and neuro-funk to dubstep and DnB. Fans are even being blessed with an OG dubstep performance from one of the founding fathers of the genre, Skream!

Zeds Dead is performing each night to close out the show, but we are absolutely floored with the artists they’ve chosen to spotlight for their First Contact show support at Hampton Coliseum on April 12th and 13th.

On top of the show in the coliseum each night, Deadbeats is hosting the first-ever Deadbeats Street! The pre-show event will feature food trucks, games, merch, a vendor village, and surprise, pop-up DJ sets. If you are headed to First Contact, you won’t want to miss out on some of these secret performances that they have got lined up.

Both single-day and two-day tickets are still available, and you can grab them here! We love getting familiar with the artists at an upcoming event here at HIHF. That being said, let’s break down the lineup together, shall we!
