As December closes out and the cold starts to bite, festival season feels like a distant dream. But just as the year comes to an end, a spark ignites out of the magical forests of Rothbury, Michigan.
At last, the Electric Forest lineup is here, reminding electronic music lovers everywhere that sunshine, community, and life-changing artistic experiences are waiting on the other side.
And this year, the spark has transformed into a wildfire.
This week’s unveiling of the 2026 Electric Forest lineup has taken the world by storm. Featuring 100 artists, the lineup is set to be the most ambitious and sonically innovative E-Forest yet.
And while Electric Forest has always pushed immersive production boundaries and redefined what it means to ‘gather’, 2026 marks a landmark shift in the art of the possible, showcasing the festival’s strongest commitment ever to discovery, community, and fan experience from the moment the lineup dropped to the moment fans enter the grounds.
A Lineup That Pushes The Forest Into Uncharted Territory
The 2026 Electric Forest experience features its biggest and most expansive sonic universe to date. Traversing every corner of the electronic landscape, heavyweights like GRiZ (performing twice, including a rare Chasing the Golden Hour set), ILLENIUM, Excision, Kaskade, Chris Lake, and beloved Forest residents The String Cheese Incident lead the charge.
But where this year truly stands out is in sheer breadth, pulling in genre-shifters from all corners of the musical world:
A never-before-seen collaboration between DJ Diesel & T-Pain
Bass favorites ISOxo, Ganja White Night, Wooli, Ravenscoon, and Nitepunk
House, tech-house, and UKG legends like Disco Lines, Odd Mob, Sammy Virji, MPH, Purple Disco Machine, and Oppidan
Experimental and genre-fluid artists SBTRKT (DJ Set), Tourist, Frost Children, underscores and more
Rising acts from across the electronic and global spectrum including Alleycvt, Heyz, Steller, Avello, Wes Mills, Swimming Paul, The Flints, and dozens more
The improvisational jam vibes of acts like Daniel Donato, Dogs In A Pile, Midnight Generation, Eggy, Magoo and more
It’s one of the most diverse Forest lineups yet, intentionally designed for wandering, stumbling upon brilliant new sounds, and rediscovering the music that moves both your body and soul.
A Plethora Of New Fan Experiences
Electric Forest is also rolling out several new ways to elevate the onsite experience this year, with two major additions leading the charge:
Uplift Lounge
A brand-new dedicated oasis near Ranch Arena featuring cool air, cushy seating, air-conditioned restrooms, water refill stations, and tasty treats. Exclusive to Uplift Lounge pass holders, it’s designed as a true recharge zone between the Forest’s most immersive moments.
GA Preferred Car Camping
A guaranteed larger camping spot close to the main venue entrance, plus the freedom to arrive anytime knowing your space is waiting. This experience offers a smoother, more convenient setup for GA campers who want an upgrade without going full Good Life.
Beyond these two major additions, Electric Forest is also enhancing comfort across the board with upgrades like Good Life Pre-Set RVs, A/C in the Good Life Lounge, and extra-space GA camping spots, making Forest life more relaxed, accessible, and comfortable for every type of attendee.
Our Teams Must-See Sets
Electric Forest is made for adventure, but there are always a few moments that you absolutely must see and build your entire day around! Here are the must-see sets of 2026 Electric Forest.
GRiZ (Chasing The Golden Hour Set) There are few artists as intrinsically tied to the spirit of Electric Forest as GRiZ, and his return, featuring a special Chasing the Golden Hour set, feels like a homecoming. Known for blending funk, soul, bass, and live instrumentation, GRiZ’s sunset set will be a shot of pure Forest magic: emotional, euphoric, and deeply communal. Expect warm brass, nostalgic melodies, and one of the most soul-defining moments of the weekend.
The String Cheese Incident (Including A Special Shebongle Shebang).
Forest legends through and through, playing at every Forest nearly since 2011, The String Cheese Incident are back with multiple performances, highlighted by a Special Shebongle Shebang. Expect sweeping jams, psychadelic twists, and the kind of community moments that only String Cheese can deliver. A collaboration live between Cheese and Shpongle is also pretty unheard of. You won’t want to miss that.
DJ Diesel B2B T-Pain (Bass DJ Set)
This never-before-seen collaboration is one of the most unexpected and exciting bookings on the lineup. DJ Diesel (Shaq) brings unrelenting bass energy, while T-Pain’s love for dance music culture runs deep. Following T-Pain’s Bass Music Bootcamp Twitch Stream, featuring NGHTMRE, Kompany, Peekaboo and tons more, we’re fiending for more dubstep energy from T-Pain. Together, this B2B promises chaos, fun, and limitless good energy, a set you will stumble into and never forget from two iconic artists.
Łaszewo
Trailblazing the intersection between melodic nostalgia and beautifully punchy bass, Łaszewo has taken the past year by storm, dropping eight singles, watching their Lola Young remix “Messy” quickly surpass 50 million streams, and placing their signature imprint on audiences all over the world. Expect a Forest set full of emotionally gripping vocals, jaw-dropping bass drops, and feel-good waves that will ripple across the entire campground.
Sammy Virji
UKG continues to make a major imprint on American festival culture, and Sammy Virji sits at the forefront of that movement. His infectious grooves, bass-driven swing, and effortless crowd control make his sets feel like a nonstop euphoric release. His 2025 album was one of our favorites of the year. Expect lots of smiles, movement, and memories in one of the most dance-forward moments of the weekend.
With over 100 artists, new onsite experiences, and incredible art installations, Electric Forest 2026 is shaping up to be the festival’s most exciting year yet.
