A week after dropping his Awake 2.0 mix, Illenium has decided to kick off 2019 with an unreleased banger from that very mix. He’s just released his own rendition of “The Adventure” by Angels & Airwaves through Proximity on Youtube. The remix is a slightly lifted version of the original’s raw electric guitar feels, with a taste of Illenium’s gritty yet melodic style.
Illenium has done a great job making this tune a little more lively without completely changing the original. This remix definitely caters more to a fan of Angels & Airwaves over Illenium but is worth checking out nonetheless. Enjoy!
