Griz’ Ride Waves album is one of the most anticipated projects of 2019, and today we get another killer single from the All Good Records labelhead. For “a new day“, Griz recruits the vocals of Matisyahu, who I personally have not listened to in maybe a decade. The message of “a new day” is one of peace, an anti-war anthem that has some serious universal appeal, message and genre-wise. Definitely more in the dance-pop lane from Griz here. A quality chune none the less. Can’t wait for his new album!
