One of the biggest breakout stars in the music industry (as well as just one of our favorite human beings in general) is Billie Eilish. Her voice is almost hypnotic and she seems to venture into new territory with each unique release.
Today, the seventeen-year-old’s recently released song “bury a friend” gets the Dubstep treatment from one of the biggest names in EDM. “bury a friend” is set to appear on her upcoming ‘When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?‘ album, alongside the first two singles and fan-favorites “You Should See Me In A Crown” and “When The Party’s Over“.
Zeds Dead has decided to remix the teenage phenom and the end result is PERFECT. The Canadian duo imprints their old-school Dubstep sound into Billie’s chilling, dark, emotional ballad. This is the remix we didn’t know we needed until now. I’d love to see what would happen if the two acts collabed on an original…
For now, enjoy Zeds Dead’s “bury a friend” take below and be sure to check back in March 29th for Billie’s new album!
