Heard It Here First

SLANDER is back again with another single for their new Heaven Sent label, which focuses on Melodic Bass. For Derek Andersen and Scott Land, the men behind the name SLANDER, they’ve always been yearning to combine different stylings of electronic music within their work, ranging from hard-hitting Dubstep to melodic, ethereal beats.

On their newest effort, their recruiting up-and-coming electronic producer SYNYMATA, as well as vocals from neverwaves. The Milwaukee bass artist Anthony Gomulka, who goes by SYNYMATA, has both appeared on Heaven Sent in the past and provided an official remix for SLANDER on their “Love Is Gone” remix EP.

For the follow up to SLANDER’s Au5, PLYA, and Shybeast collab, also out on Heaven Sent, they are bringing out all the stops to one-up their own emotional collaboration on “Anywhere”.

Today, the powerhouse duo are colliding with SYNYMATA and neverwaves and the results are stellar. An ode to soulmates, “When I’m With You” is a journey into the deep inner workings of an actively loving heart.
