NotLö is no longer on the come up, she has arrived. With her arrival comes an EP straight out of the underground and appropriately titled, Speakeasy.

This low-end, heavy EP is out now on TRUTH‘s Deep Dark & Dangerous, who is known for having their radars on everything experimental and supporting artists such as DMVU, Thelem, and ONHELL early on in their careers. Speakeasy vibrates through each tune whimsically, where you’ll be jamming too much to notice the moments between tracks.

“I spent a year writing this project as a whole, and I wanted to give off a unique vibe with it as well. The theme is supposed to take you back in time to the flapper/speakeasy era – there are uses of jazz instruments and lush subs throughout the whole EP. I am beyond honored for it to be released on my favorite label! Working with TRUTH is amazing, it feels very personal and that they were truly excited about my project! I can’t wait to continue working with the DDD family :)” – NotLö

The journey to NotLö’s arrival is stacked with heat and a well-seasoned catalog. With releases on independent labels who prowl the underground for talent such as “Jaws” on 40oz Collective and “Alert !” on Meat Yogurt. Also, elevators of the underground such as her collaborative Exoplanet EP with VEIL on Wakaan and “Abysmal” on Gravitas RecordsClozee-curated Emergence compilation album.

2021 is already proving to be her best year yet, making it easy to see why she is Conscious Electric’s #1 pick for their Top 10 Underground Female Producers, as well as landing a spot on the 2021 Bonnaroo lineup.
