SLANDER has been teasing this one for a while folks. Fans have been anxiously awaiting the release of one of SLANDER’s most highly anticipated anthems and the day is finally here. “Walk on Water” has arrived.

The Los Angeles melodic dubstep duo have become well known for their singalong dancefloor favorites. Tracks like “First Time,” “Love Is Gone,” and “Superhuman” are all belted out by concertgoers at their shows, not missing a single word.

“Walk On Water” is another track that will officially be added to their artillery of heart-breaking, face-melting bangers. The new anthem features a duet vocal performance from Røry, the U.K. rising star alt-rock singer, and Dylan Matthew, who SLANDER has collaborated with on countless occasions for their heart-wrenching festival favorites. Matthew even joined SLANDER for a surprise appearance at their Coachella performance last week, where they performed “Walk On Water” for the first time following its official release.

Another huge headline announcement for SLANDER, this new single is set to be the first off of their upcoming debut album, slated for release later on in 2022. Both this single and the album will be released through SLANDER’s Heaven Sent label, their outlet that unleashes more melodic-focused bass music, compared to their Gud Vibrations label which focuses more on heavy bass music. Here’s what the duo had to say about their newest work:

“Performing ‘Walk On Water’ at Coachella was a huge moment for us. We’ve been going to the festival since we were college students at UC Irvine and now to headline the Sahara stage for our first turn play there was just incredible. We’ve wanted to share this track as well as news of our upcoming debut studio album with our fans for a long time and couldn’t have had a better time and place to do so than from the stage of the Sahara. RØRY and Dylan bring so much power and emotion to the song.” – SLANDER

Recently, SLANDER had teamed up with artists like Ganja White Night and Subtronics on collaboration tracks, Miss You” and “Gravity” respectively.
