Heard It Here First

After a weekend of fun at The Black Box with Mad Zach, soundkissed, Hudson Lee, and Mad Zach’s Ableton class, it’s time to prepare for a new week of music. Attendees are still beaming from the tunes dropped Saturday night, the energy is still going and ready for what’s in store for Tuesday’s festivities. As anyone who follows Submission and The Black Box, Electronic Tuesdays make the weekend being over not so difficult, and every week there is something new and exciting to look forward to.

For this week’s Electronic Tuesday, The Widdfam will be taking over main room duties with a super spicy lineup featuring LitaLotus, FABDOT, and JABBS. All of these artists are incredibly talented and have their own niche takes on production and underground sounds, never disappointing in anything that they do. For anyone not yet familiar with the names listed above, this is the perfect time to discover a new artist who is pushing boundaries. We promise you’ll be pleased with what you hear!

To get yourself ready for the night, FABDOT just dropped a new two-track EP titled Feeling Woozy this past week that’ll surely tickle any deep bass lovers’ fancy. Other tracks we’d recommend checking out from this producer are “Nova,” “Love Stomp,” and “Delusions.” But honestly, whatever you choose to listen to, you can’t go wrong with FABDOT.

For LitaLotus, check out their Essence album as well as their Infrasound Equinox set from last summer, both are the perfect journey and peek into this producer’s inventive mind. Last but not least are some recommendations for JABBS. His latest EP Chair 14 highlighted a newer side to his project than what older listeners might be familiar with. Another one to check out is his All Orignal Mix 2.0, it’s forty-one minutes of smooth transitions and bass that’ll shake both a system and your chest.

The best way to really enjoy everyone’s music is to come out to The Black Box on Tuesday and experience it for yourself, up close and personal. There will also be a free DJ Battle going down in The Lounge that same night with a bunch of talented up and coming producers! So, no matter what room you choose to be in, you’ll have endless amounts of sounds to immerse yourself in.
