Dubstep producers Jantsen and ZEKE BEATS have teamed up to drop a monstrous bass hit, “BABABASS,” released through the iconic sub-label of Insomniac Records, Bassrush. This deadly duo created an insane banger that I’m sure we are going to be hearing plenty of at festivals all summer long.

Dubstep don, Jantsen, has been on the scene for years as a producer who knows how to get the crowd going. Jantsen consistently cranks out nasty tunes that we can’t get enough of, working with huge names that we love here at HIHF over the years like Mersiv, Luzcid, Dirt Monkey, and SuperAve. His artillery of heat is uncontested and he remains one of our favorite performers in the dubstep world.

Australian producer, ZEKE BEATS, has been consistently on the rise since his initial breakthrough in 2016 with his debut EP, Meltdown. ZEKE BEATS has garnered the attention of huge names in the electronic music scene such as Zeds Dead, PEEKABOO, and Excision, just to name a few. The talented musician uses scratching as an element of his performances and it’s absolutely epic to experience live!

“BABABASS” features a guttural, wonky bass vibe that can be attributed to both Jantsen and ZEKE BEATS production styles. This track stays hot the entire time from start to finish, leaving no room for any mercy from the two heavyweight artists. This collaborative single leaves destruction in its wake and shakes you to your core, certain to have your jaw on the floor. Jantsen and ZEKE BEATS reflect on their chemistry and how the track came together with this to say:

“We had such a blast collaborating on ‘Everybody’ that it didn’t take long for us to hop on another project together soon after. Our blend of cheek and bass music has led to another fun, bass-heavy anthem.” -Jantsen and ZEKE BEATS

ZEKE BEATS and Jantsen have stunned the masses with this release and once again have proven that these two bass titans can cook up some gnarly beats. Jantsen has a few dates left on his 2024 tour, including a highly anticipated b2b with Champagne Drip at NYC’s Webster Hall and he’s also secured a slot at the Florida-based bass festival, Sol Fest. You can also catch Jantsen as support for select dates of Liquid Stranger’s Expansion Tour. ZEKE BEATS is just coming off of his nationwide Self-Sabotage tour, which he finished up in February. We are seriously hoping to get some more 2024 tour dates from him soon.
