Heard It Here First

Time to bundle up for some fall festivities at Paradise Lakes Campground for this year’s Submersion Festival. Every year, the team behind this event brings one of the hottest lineups, featuring acts from across the globe with a diverse range of genres within electronic music. Once again, this year will be no exception, the Phase 1 lineup just landed, and it has the people buzzing (which is no surprise, of course).

Aspire Higher and The Rust are the brilliant minds behind this beloved festival, and anyone following them over the years knows everything they have to offer the bass world. The love they have for this community and the sounds they push are extraordinary, and that’s quite clear when you see the smiling faces at their packed-out events.

So far, the 2024 lineup features tastemakers like Alix Perez (TWO sets, including a Soulful Sunrise set), Motifv, Parkbreezy, Thought Process, Mia Koden (US debut), COPYCATT, Posij, SP:MC, and many, many more. There will also be takeovers from 1985 Music, on Saturday, Philos Records on Friday, and Qualia on Thursday.

Other artists include Soukii, parkbreezy, Thought Process, GLXY, Posij, Pola & Bryson, Imanu, a Koan Sound return, and loads more.

Each year, Submersion proves to be an exceptional festival, from the lineup to the attendees, and everything in between. This festival will surely be another one for the books with how obnoxiously stacked it is with talent.

To kick things off, there will be an early entry party with OTT., Easyjack in Dub, Mantra Sounds, Queen City Collective: Isded, Nnämbra, Nosium, and Suspiria. Also included in the pre-party will be a Qualia showcase with Chmura, Comisar, Daggz, Lowcation, Phurn, and Saturna.

We cannot wait to be dancing around one of the best homie fests to grace the scene as of late and soak up that absolutely unmatched energy you get from an intimate event. Who else are we seeing at Paradise Lakes this October?
