Rising dubstep artist, Sinatra, has just unveiled his highly anticipated track, “Ice Cold”, giving us a suspenseful, bass-heavy banger for the new year. The emerging artist has been crossing significant thresholds in his career, with the release of this single marking another major step forward. Falling on the same day as the single’s release, Sinatra will be supporting rising star dubstep phenom Gorilla T in Richmond, VA tonight at The Broadberry.
The Baltimore, MD native has been carving out his innovative, heavy-hitting style of bass music, pushing the boundaries of the dubstep genre. Sinatra attributes his name to, “a dose of magic”, which aligns with his ability to produce captivating, otherworldly tracks. Although “Ice Cold” is self-released, the artist has released under labels in the past such as Dirtysnatcha Records and Skull Vision.
Sinatra has been expanding his project through the support of iconic electronic artists such as Flux Pavillion and Kaivon, solidifying his presence in the bass music community. Moreover, Sinatra has had an undeniable past year of growth, with numerous releases and shows, as well as playing his first festival, Baltimore’s staple Halloween fest, Fright Night Massive.
The track, “Ice Cold”, is introduced with suspenseful, experimental elements that become enveloped in steady, yet ground-shaking bass.
