Jauz’ label is back with a brand new release. For his debut EP, twenty year old Russian producer HYPRESSION takes his sound to Jauz’ Bite This! The two producers have worked together in the past. HYPRESSION’s breakthrough came when he collaborated with Jauz on “On Fire” in 2018 which was released on Jauz’s album The Wise and The Wicked.
The first track means business. It’s an epic Bass-House tune featuring that features Trappy undertones. The title and intro track does a great job introducing us to HYPRESSION’s intoxicating and relentless sound. “Cold Blood” features vocalist Networth.
The second track, titled “Kitchen House“, is more House music centered. This Tech-House, pots and pans sounding, dance-floor igniter was our favorite cut off of the new EP from Bite This!
The EP’s last track is a very fun one. “I Just Wanna” combines deep, catchy vocals with pounding, four on the floor, House action. Its beat is a bit deeper than the last two tracks and carries a more classic house sound.
