Festival season is back in action. After a successful Ubbi Dubbi festival, the Disco Donnie team is returning to fans for their next large-scale festival venture, and it’s gonna be a party.

We are headed down to Tampa’s Sunset Music Festival this weekend and to prepare you for the event we put together a list filled with our favorite Dubstep and Bass acts playing the festival. After just announcing the daily schedules, SMF goers have loads of options on who to see for the coming two-day fest.

We wanted to give you some of our personal favorite artists at SMF this year to check out. Get in early, there’s so much damn talent on this lineup! Peep the set times here.

TVBOO

If you’re not hip to TVBOO yet, we just don’t know what to tell you. With massive releases on Circus Records, Wakaan, Deadbeats, Quality Goods, and loads of other huge labels, this man is truly everywhere with his huge artillery of fire tunage. Not to mention his amazing podcast, where he chats with talented producers and contributors all across the scene. This set is cannot miss, he’s sure to have the crowd in shambles. Catch TVBOO at 4:33 at the Eclipse Stage on Sunday.

Kaivon

Kaivon has been everywhere as of late. His tunes are blasted on the mainstage by some of the biggest names in EDM ranging from Alison Wonderland to to to He also recently teamed up with dubstep legends Adventure Club for their gorgeous collab “You’ll Never Be Alone” and don’t be surprised if you see him come out on stage during their performance Saturday night. Lizzy Jane

After going non-stop with her releases throughout 2020 and 2021, it’s about time Lizzy Jane is getting on some bigger lineups. The Florida bass producer is known for mixing her own stellar vocals with her destructive dubstep sound and is certainly next up to take over the bass world. Peep our exclusive guest mix from her here and catch her at 3:30 at the Eclipse Stage on Saturday. She’s also headlining the preparty Friday night at the Ritz Ybor.

TYNAN

TYNAN sets are like no other. This man has so many smash hits to his name and collaborations with Kayzo, Jauz, and even Marshmello under his belt. He also is sure to pack a barricade of unreleased IDs into his SMF set. Don’t miss this one, he’s sure to leave your jaw-dropped with each ingenious and unique tune dropped. Catch TYNAN at 5:34 at the Eclipse Stage on Saturday.

Vampa

With huge releases on Kannibalen, Deadbeats, BIG BEAT, and Drama Club, VAMPA has shown us time and time again that she is more than capable of crafting hits. The Chicago producer has been praised by many for her eerie and creative twist on the dubstep genre. You can catch her at 4:43 at the Eclipse Stage on Saturday.

Trivecta

A favorite of Seven Lions’ Ophelia Records, Trivecta was given a SECOND set in the tent to accommodate the mob of online fans who thought his 3pm set was too early. He’s released tunes with some of the biggest names in EDM, ranging from Illenium to Seven Lions to Excision. Catch him either at 3pm on the Sunset Stage or 6pm at the tent, both on Saturday.

Wooli

Another Ophelia Records favorite, Wooli packs a perfect mixture of melodic sing-along anthems and headbanging inducing, riddim-style tunes within his sets. Peep our exclusive interview with him from Moonrise 2019 here and catch him at 8:58 at the Eclipse Stage on Saturday.

Esseks

Following two huge new single releases through Zeds Dead’s Deadbeats label, this multi-faceted artist is known for his wubs and wobbles. Esseks is gearing up for his debut album and his live sets are sure to be a great insight into some unreleased firepower from this ever-growing bass goliath. Catch him at 5:24 on the Eclipse Stage on Sunday.

Kompany

Another more dubstep-centric name, Kompany is known for his epic live sets, jam-packed with his loads of festival anthems. Known for his ever-impressive sound design, Kompany has been cranking out bangers over the past six years. Some of his tunes have been the biggest in the dubstep world and his live sets are CAN’T MISS. Catch him at 6:25 on the Eclipse Stage on Saturday.

SWARM

After non-stop original releases over the past few years, SWARM is finally getting the festival slots he deserves. In early 2020, the multi-talented producer opened for Sullivan King on his Thank You For Raging tour. Last month, he CRUSHED his Ubbi Dubbi performance at the Texas self-procliamed “first festival back”. Don’t miss his set, he’s performing at 3:42 on Sunday at the Eclipse Stage.

Lucii

This Wakaan mainstay is another can’t miss set. Following her massive Wicked EP, Lucii is going to put on a huge set for SMF. Plus, she always adds a bit of live vocals to her wub-fueled sets. Catch her at 5:15 on Saturday at the Sunset Stage.

Conrank

This UK producer has been making the bass world his own since 2014. In that time, he’s worked with some of the biggest labels in dubstep, Bassrush to Circus Records, and with huge names like Dirt Monkey, Jantsen, Protohype, Mark The Beast and more. He’s been on fire since the pandemic, unleashing an onslaught of gross bass releases to add to his massive artillery of crowd destroyers. Catch his set at 6:15 on the Eclipse Stage on Sunday.
