Heard It Here First

Mersiv is gearing up to drop his first full-length album and most cohesive project to date. In anticipation of the big release, he has gifted us the first single “Floating Underwater Above The Clouds”. 

The lead single has got it all. Otherworldly keys escort the listener to a blanket of bass and warming rhythms. Low-end basslines drive this tune home and bring everything together. This track encompasses the “Pretty Dark Loud” style that has brought Mersiv to the point he is at now, bass music superstardom.

Soothing and powerful, “Floating Underwater Above the Clouds” is a sign for what is to come and we can’t wait to see what’s next on Mersiv’s upcoming full-length album. Here’s what the production maestro had to say about his newest work:

“Once I had my vision locked, I created for years trying to find my own sound that would express my story in an honest way. The two-year journey of creating this record has been a healing process for me. On really tough days when I think about her, I immediately lock myself away in the studio to express myself. PDL is a collection of these moments and efforts in time.” – Mersiv
