SubDocta is back at it with a brand new multi-genre, four-track EP titled Cataclysmic. This bass artist is known for his unique brand of dubstep, and hybrid methods of producing different styles.
Last month, SubDocta released “Cavern Dub” with long-time WAKAAN OGShlump. SubDocta uses this single to open up his four-track EP, featuring deep dubstep sound and wonky touches from SubDocta’s well-known wobbly stylings. The Cataclysmic EP features three genres, ranging from deep dubstep to drum and bass.
Following the new celebrated single with Shlump, SubDocta delivers a new sound for himself on the title track “Cataclysmic,” giving us a party-starting drum and bass vibe. SubDocta released his CBDB DnB EP through Dirt Monkey‘s 19k label a few years back and we are ecstatic to see him returning to the genre.
SubDocta channels his inner dubstep vibes with the third track “Run It.” This third track presents beautiful sounds of the violin, followed by mold-breaking dubstep melodies and madness.
The final track of the EP titled “Acrylic Prism” features producer FLY.“Acrylic Prism” finishes the WAKAAN-assisted EP with another profound deep bass track. This track is sure to be wicked on the dance floor as it’s wobble-loaded.
SubDocta continues to show his incredible production level with these four skillful, yet mysterious tracks. Catch SubDocta live at Wobble Rocks with Ganja White Night, this weekend at Bass Canyon, and nationwide as support for Boogie T‘s Out Of The Woods Tour!
