A rising up-and-comer making big moves in the bass community is none other than the talented twenty-six-year-old producer Maroc. With a deep presence in Wubaholics and Headbang Society, he has made quite the name for himself with his unique ability to create not only dubstep but also drum and bass, half-time, and metal. Today, Maroc is releasing his newest piece titled “Dark Origins,” his first official release of 2022.

Like many of us, Maroc’s inspiration to create music stems from music festivals. After attending Camp Bisco in 2013, he discovered his passion and thus decided to pursue his dream.

Maroc has an impressive discography displaying his talent for creating electronic music that any bass enthusiast can enjoy. His newest release, “Dark Origins,” strongly focuses on the underground dubstep style. This track is a strikingly notable release for him, embracing a sound ripe with hair-raising bass and vicious synths.
