XAVAGE returns to Circus Records to preview his upcoming EP with “Hot”, a fusion of hip hop and bass that features vocals from The Oshi.

Originally finding his love for music through the art of dance, XAVAGE is making it his mission to bring the dance back into Electronic Dance Music. The San Diego-based producer continues to rise by offering a fresh take on the golden years of trap, adding his own groovy flare with modern bass sound design and influences from hip hop. With placements on forward-thinking labels such as Quality Good Records and Elysian Records, XAVAGE is a name you’re going to certaintly want to pay attention to moving forward. His upcoming EP will be the second that he has released on Flux Pavilion and Doctor P‘s legendary Circus Records.

This week he is teaming up with Milwaukee-based hip hop vocalist, The Oshi. If you are like me, a huge fan of Missy Elliot, then you will love the energy that The Oshi brings to this collaboration today. “Hot” will take you back to the days when Tyga and DJ Mustard were dropping club bangers each and every week. The catchy basslines are quickly met by The Oshi’s savage vocals, giving the track an even more powerful punch. As it continues to build with essential trap elements, listeners are met with a laid back drop that strikes as both innovative and mesmerizing. “Hot” will indeed be heating up dance floors everywhere this year.
