Florida-based bass prodigy Tape B is trending once again after unleashing a monster remix of the iconic EDM classic “Innocence” by Nero. He has been on an absolute tear over the last year, releasing breath-taking renditions of La Roux’s “In For The Kill” and Blue Foundation’s “Eyes On Fire”.
Even Zeds Dead has caught on to the rise of Tape B, having rinsed the young king’s unreleased remix of the legendary duo’s timeless hit, “Collapse” multiple times throughout their Deadbeats Reunion tour. Most recently, he started off the new year with a bass-heavy new single“Kill Em” on his home label Wubaholics.
Tape B’s latest remix is a filthy, yet fresh take on “Innocence”, the lead single from Nero’s classic “Welcome Reality” album. Fans will remember first hearing this remix in Tape B’s insane 2022 ID Showcase that dropped a couple months back.
Beginning with a gentle, captivating piano lead-in, listeners are soon introduced to the famous “You’ll never be mine” vocal line. This builds into that signature Tape B sound, a powerful combination of old-school dubstep mixed with modern sound design and flavors that are sure to keep crowds entranced for hours. All DJs will rejoice when they see that this young legend is giving away his remix as a free download on SoundCloud. This will be an instant hit at your next function!
